Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 8 September 2026

GeeFit Limited wants geefit.co.uk to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities. We are committed to improving accessibility and making reasonable adjustments where needed.

1. Using this website

We aim for visitors to be able to:

  • Navigate the main website using a keyboard as well as a mouse or touchscreen.
  • Zoom and resize text without losing essential information.
  • Use clear headings, labels, link wording and readable colour contrast.
  • Understand images through alternative text where the image conveys important information.
  • Contact us through more than one method if a particular method is not accessible.

2. Our accessibility approach

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a helpful benchmark and are working towards improving alignment with that standard. The website has not yet undergone a complete independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim that every page or third-party feature fully conforms.

3. Third-party content

Some features are supplied by third parties, such as TeamUp, Google Maps, YouTube, review widgets, social-media services or embedded content. We may not control every aspect of their accessibility, but we will try to provide an alternative way to obtain information or complete an action when reasonably possible.

4. If you need help or an alternative format

If you cannot access information, use a feature or complete a form, please contact us. We can discuss a reasonable alternative, such as providing information by email or telephone or helping you complete an enquiry or booking.

Email: [email protected]

Telephone or WhatsApp: 07340 177 012

5. Reporting an accessibility problem

Please tell us which page or feature caused the problem, what device or browser you were using and what assistance you need. We aim to acknowledge accessibility enquiries promptly and provide a practical response as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Ongoing improvements

We will review this statement and the website as content and features change. We welcome feedback that helps us identify and remove accessibility barriers.
