Geefit Morning Bootcamp sessions are a great way to start your day before even going to work. Getting your training done early Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings at 5:30am will set you up for the day and boost your energy levels throughout. For £68.00 per month, 3 sessions per week 12 to 14 sessions per month can work out at less than £5:00 per session! With nutritional advice and support when it is required, you are guaranteed to achieve your fitness goals.

Our morning bootcamp sessions are accessible to everyone, regardless of shape or size, age or fitness level. The sessions are adaptable and can be tailored to suit you, giving you optimum results in a short amount of time.

We have been running Morning Bootcamp at Crossfit Southampton, since 2018. We continue to grow, improve, and expand whilst utilising the space to it’s fullest.

Don’t let the name bootcamp put you off, it’s just a way to say we want you to give maximum effort.
As well as the actual workouts, the programme includes nutrition and support advice if needed. It is easy to follow and stick to. Lifestyle advice is ongoing and a support network, with private members’ only group, to help and support your journey.
