Covid-19 is an illness that can affect your lungs and airways. It is caused by a virus called Coronavirus. Symptoms can be mild, moderate, severe or fatal. I want us to train in a safe and worry-free environment so please everyone follow these simple instructions
1. Self-screening before coming to session if you are feeling unwell or show any signs of COVID-19, please do not come to the session until you are clear, you can do a rapid lateral flow test for COVID- 19
2. Please make sure you answer all covid assessment questions truthfully and honestly
3. During the session, please respect others personal space and try to keep at least 2 metres distance where possible
4. Please wait in your vehicle until the earlier session has ended and everyone has left
5. During the session, do not be face to face with another member
6. Please use the NHS track and trace app when attending the session
7. Sessions will be open for booking 36 hours before class start8. Classes size are limited to 29 members
9. During session cones will be placed out 2 meters apart for you to workout.
10. Please wipe down any kit that you use at the end of the session and at the end of use
11. Please use hand gel before and after the session
12. There will be marshals directing you to the entrance and exit, please follow their instructions at every session.
13. When the session is over do not congregate in large groups on site
14. Where possible please wear gloves to session
15. Please let us abide by social distancing rule
16. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK INTO THE SESSION IF YOU WON’T TURN UP OR TRY TO CANCEL EARLY SO SOMEONE ELSE CAN GET THAT SPACE. (let’s look out for each other)
